On the clinic side, we have created a provider app so that those handling the appointments can have full control of their schedule while on the go from anywhere and at anytime.
Contactless Payments
Contactless payments in and of itself is not entirely unique, however, the way it is built within Xcare is. Our platform has the standard Text2Pay capabilities which automatically syncs the payment amount from the patient management system in real time and sends the payment request to the patient. Beyond this, patients can also pay using the Xcare mobile application with Google Pay, Apple Pay, or any credit/debit card of their choice. Lastly, our system also offers clinics the ability to handle recurring payments. This feature is fully customizable and once set up, the patient can be charged on the same day each month until the treatment is completed. This not only makes it easier for patients, but this saves time for the staff in the clinic as this payment process becomes entirely automated.
